- Maui Taco at Village Donkey, Tamuning, Guam: Comprehensive tenant buildout for a vibrant restaurant, featuring custom architectural design, efficient HVAC systems, and specialized kitchen plumbing to ensure seamless operations.
- Olive Garden at Village Donkey, Tamuning, Guam: Tenant buildout transforming space into a welcoming Italian eatery, with tailored code-compliant designs, lighting, power distribution, and advanced air-side HVAC for optimal comfort.
- VA Clinic at Medical Arts Center Complex, Dededo, Guam: 5,400 sqft medical clinic buildout, including precise as-built analysis, architectural optimization, and integrated plumbing/HVAC systems for a functional healthcare environment.
- ART Construction: Engineered lift station for site expansion, integrating seamlessly with GWA systems to support efficient wastewater management and infrastructure growth.
- Cherokee Federal: Managed PDI Initiative for PACAF AFMIC Det 2 OLA, overseeing MILCON site construction, pre-construction reviews, REA resolutions, and on-site QC for remote Pacific locations.
- Gilbane P270 Ace Gym Dining Facility: Provided third-party mechanical QC, ensuring compliance for chillers, DOAS, AHUs, kitchen systems, and generators, plus design support for refrigeration and chiller performance.
- J-018 Tokyu Construction Police Station, MCB Camp Blaz, Guam: Served as Mechanical QC, approving submittals and verifying installations for plumbing, chilled water, HVAC, and radon systems, resolving RFIs and design deficiencies.
- Data Center, Tumon, Guam (Confidential): Acted as owner representative for 1.5MW facility build, conducting site reviews, plan evaluations, code compliance, and QC to deliver reliable backup power and operations.
- P-3027 and P-3010 Strike and Tanker Hangars, Anderson Air Force Base: ICC-certified inspections and QC for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and radon in $90M hangars, ensuring high standards from 2018-2021.
- Calvo GSA Building, Tamuning, Guam: LEED Gold-certified 45,000 sqft facility for ICE and FBI, designed with advanced AC, fire sprinklers, plumbing, water reclaim, and secure systems in REVIT.
- Northwest Field Red Horse Command: Designed LEED Silver facilities including fire rescue, satellite stations, and logistics buildings with VRF/VAV HVAC, solar hot water, plumbing, and specialized exhaust systems.
